This website provides general information about MindWell Therapy. It does not provide individual clinical advice, diagnosis or emergency care.

Sending an enquiry or requesting a free introductory call does not confirm an appointment, reserve a time or create an agreement for therapy. Appointments are agreed directly with Farhana. The website does not collect payment details.

Before therapy begins

A service agreement covering the terms of working together, payment arrangements, confidentiality, cancellation and complaints will be provided and agreed before therapy begins.

Changing an appointment

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Any late-cancellation or non-attendance charges and refund arrangements will be provided in the service agreement. See the cancellation information.
